AI-powered Project Management knowledge base that provides detailed guidance on workflows, SOPs, and project execution while automating critical documentation.

Previously LangGraph based functionality now separated out with intent to use Claude Agent SDK and New Relic for Telemetry. Will combine with the R&D Scorecards Agent.
